Breakfast was good and room clean.

Air conditioning was not working very fast. Location of hotel was not so easy to find and access to mass transportation was not best possible.

The receptionist Pookie is very professional, friendly and kind. Also the cleaner are very nice.

This time I was in building 2...I hear so many noise from the others rooms. Honestly I prefer to stay in the main building.

As always a very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in the bedroom quite a few times and this was our first return since prior to covid. The service was excellent, staff very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms, while small are lovely and clean. Great place that is obviously popular.

The charge of 100bht per hour for early checkin.

Unbeatable price + friendly staffs + acceptable hardware

Friendly and helpful staffs who sent me to the hospital because there is no ambulance available at that time. Price is super cheap. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The bathroom smells a bit. The tissue papers are thin. The room I stayed somehow looks different than the image shown here, can be because i stayed in a different building. Room isn't that sound proof.

I would like to give a 8.4 star rating.

Room size was ok. Air condition was quite until middle loud. The price is cheap for what you get.

The building opposite could see directly in your room. It was only around 5-7 meter away so you must close the curtain. Restaurant was only open from 6pm. It is not a 4 star hotel what is written in Booking.com. Only a 3 star without a swimming pool. They had a price list for washing the bed sheets. Usually it is a part of the hotel service to change the bed sheets and pillow cover.

Nice place if you don't really care about the area

The room was very spacious - I could keep my three suitcases open on the floor and there was still plenty of room. The bed was huge, it could easily fit 5 people I think. There was a nice desk to work at. They give you 2 bottles of water and 1 roll of toilet paper per day (the staff leaves it in a plastic bag outside your room). No problems with hot water. 7\11 supermarket and street food within 5 minutes by foot. Around 180 baht for a taxi ride downtown (but can take more than an hour). Motorbike is a bit cheaper and quicker (150 baht, 30 min).

The hotel is in a remote area, sometimes it took more than 10 minutes for a taxi to arrive. As for the room - the only thing missing is a lamp near the bed or at least a switch for the upper light. You have to go to the entrance to turn on\off the lights, that's inconvenient. The walls were a bit too thin. I could hear TV playing in the next room at 3 am and couldn't sleep (I knocked on the wall and they switched it off).

I’ve stayed here fourth times I really like here but the last time they didn’t let me borrow the plates and forks the stuff offered me to buy it instead. The stuff said many guests before did it broke so they changed policy that not allowed the guest borrow it .

A neat hotel in peaceful location

A very new and clean place. Rooms are regular hotel rooms with the regular amenities. It was comfortable enough to spend a couple of days in while waiting for the flight. We arrived late and were taken by a tuktuk to a restaurant to get some takeaway since the hotel restaurant was closed. The location is very peaceful. It is quite far from the tourist area, but conveniently halfway between the two airports, which is perfect, if you are just passing through the city.

Despite the location I had a really relaxing time here and would most definately recommend to anyone

Overall, nice, clean and peaceful place

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They always tried their best to help guests. There is a shuttle to bring guests to nearby restaurants, which is useful. Surrounding is calm and quite.

Nothing special. Breakfast is monotones, no variation at all. A bit far to access to public transport ( Sky train). If in a leisure, its a good place, but for business visits, the location is a bit far to the city.

During the night there was loud music from a club nearby which was pretty annoying at the beggining. Not sure if this was a one time event at the club or an every night thing since we only stayed for a night.

Just between the two airports. The beds are really confortable !! The staff is really nice ad make everything to help you. The free shuttle from the main road to the hotel.

We wanted to go by local transports to the airports (I had to go to DMG and my boyfriend to BKK). The staff did their best to give us the informations but for both of us it was not exactly the right infos so we both finished taking a taxi or more buses than what we expected... But at the end it was ok ! So if you can take a taxi from the hotel, it will be easier!

A good hotel for value price

The place is inside the street 38 of Lat phrao 101 main road. Apart from the location, the staff were very helpful, polite and nice to all guests. There are many restaurants and shopping places such as MK, Tesco Lotus, Starbucks and so on,on main road 101.

The restaurant is closed. And the hotel should provide a buggy or a TOK TOK for the guests to go to main road.
